Nishi Shows Hustle

While the Barnstormers didn't score in the fifth, international sensation Toshihisa Nishi showed good hustle in the inning. After working the count to draw a walk, he sprinted down to first when he realized that the pitch had got past the catch, thinking about possibly even taking second on the play. He then went on to steal second base, making a nice slide into the base to avoid the tag. The was stranded on second, but definitely showed what he can bring to the lineup this year.
